Dr. Bramanti provides a variety of advanced periodontal services for the treatment of periodontal issues and implant needs. He is very conservative in his treatment recommendations and limits more invasive procedures to the areas where it is absolutely necessary. Dr. Bramanti's approach to TMJ Disorders is non-surgical in scope and he addresses the drivers that elicit jaw and migraine pain and dysfunction. The goal of TMJ treatment is to provide relief and to get you off of medications used to mask  your pain and migraine headaches.

Dr. Bramanti who is a world-renowned periodontist and UCSF professor established his office in Fresno in 1994. His innovative research and U.S. Patents in periodontal and implant therapy has shaped the way periodontics is practiced today. Dr. Bramanti enjoys the process of scientific innovation in treatment decisions which improve the health and ultimately the quality of life for his patients.
